The core application for every business owner, company secretary, financial director.

There are a significant number of key, statutory and commercially significant documents, that every business needs to maintain and control.

From experience (!) it is sometimes difficult to retrieve such documents rapidly when needed. Critical documents often lie buried in departmental files and folders - where retrieval depends on someone recalling where they may be.
It is also difficult to maintain control on such documents, where changes may be made, renewal notices are required, etc.
All to often, it is ‘after the event’ that we have to try and recover situations consequent of lack of pro-active document management.

Document Manager is a secure document vault where such records can be simply and securely stored and retrieved.
Each documentary record has a date interval to link to the Action Plan, this in turn links to iCal and Outlook with Auto E Mail reminders. This ensures that there is confidence that even the most obscure document is managed.
Contractual agreements and statutory requirements can be efficiently and pro-actively managed.
